Meet our partners
Josh is one of Affinity’s foundation employees and has been with the company for over 20 years. His drive and commitment to connecting with Affinity’s clients saw him become a partner in 2006 and he is now the Managing Director. He enjoys a close working connection with every one of his clients across a wide range of industries from property developers, childcare, supermarkets, professional services and the sports and entertainment fields.
Josh also enjoys connecting with Affinity’s key network of professionals who provide complimentary services to ensure the firm continues to provide expert and holistic advice in order for clients to achieve their goals and successful outcomes. Outside of the office, Josh will be following his two boys around with their various sporting pursuits and catching a Crows game when playing in Melbourne.
Scott became a partner in 2009 after working closely with the senior Affinity partners for over ten years. During his time at Affinity he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of his clients, their businesses and their needs. With his personal approach and dedication, Scott maintains clients in metropolitan as well as regional and interstate locations.
Scott’s country clients range from large primary producers to key rural industries such as transportation. He is also experienced in a wide range of areas including sports and entertainment, small to medium businesses and superannuation.
Since beginning his career in public practice in 2000, Will has established a reputation for cultivating strong relationships and delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Driven by a passion for bringing about positive change, Will goes beyond the role of a traditional advisor. His approach is future-focused, driven by a commitment to crafting innovative solutions that address current challenges and pave the way for long-term success. Beyond the numbers and the details, Will prioritises building genuine, lasting relationships in his professional network and with his clients.
Rhys has over 20 years’ experience in the chartered accounting industry and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
As a Director of Affinity Advisory he focuses on the area of taxation, business services and superannuation for a wide range of clients and industries including property developers, professionals, small to medium businesses, hospitality, sports and entertainment and high net worth families and individuals. He particularly enjoys maintaining strong working relationships with his clients and providing them with practical solutions to assist in their goals of greater profitability, growth and wealth creation in addition to their compliance obligations.
Chris joined Affinity Accountants in 2012 as a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years experience in advising some of Australia’s leading social and media entertainment influencers. His dedication and commitment to his clientele allowed him to climb the corporate ladder to become Partner of Affinity Advisory where he continues to provide extensive advice and support to his clients in achieving their own goals in both growth and wealth/life creations.
Joel came to Affinity in 2008 bringing a wealth of technical knowledge. Since joining, Joel has played a key role in the advancements of Affinity’s IT and software solutions.
While Joel’s client base is widespread his detailed and personalised approach to each remains consistent. Joel is dedicated to going the extra mile in gaining the right outcome for each client, making sure they also understand their options and opportunities.
